1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Saaspa.ge ("the Platform," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saaspa.ge. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adding, removing, or modifying features and functionality
• Changing pricing, fees, or payment terms
• Imposing limits on storage, bandwidth, or usage
• Discontinuing the Service entirely

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

You may close your account at any time. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Upon closure, your content may be retained for legal compliance, backup, or archival purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Payment

Certain features of our Service require payment, including but not limited to product listings and featured placements. By purchasing any paid feature, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
• Pay any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be posted on our website and will take effect 30 days after posting for existing users. Your continued use of paid features after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content and Submissions

5.1 Your Warranties and Representations

By submitting any content to our platform (including product listings, descriptions, images, comments, and any other materials), you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions
• The content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The content does not contain any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Any claims about your product's features, pricing, or performance are accurate
• You have complied with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws

5.2 License Grant

By submitting content, you grant Saaspa.ge a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and display your content on the Platform
• Distribute and promote your content through any media channels
• Create derivative works from your content for promotional purposes
• Store and archive your content for legal and operational purposes

5.3 No Verification Obligation

You agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activities

• Is discriminatory or promotes hate speech based on any protected characteristic

6. Content Moderation and Removal

• Prioritize, de-prioritize, or re-rank content at our discretion

We are under no obligation to provide a reason for any content moderation decision. Our moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal unless we choose to offer an appeals process.

6.3 No Refund for Removed Content

6.4 Limitation of Liability for Moderation

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from our content moderation decisions, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or any other consequential damages. You expressly waive any claims against us related to content moderation.

7. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive and fair community environment, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
• Provide honest and accurate information about your products
• Not engage in vote manipulation, fake reviews, or gaming the system
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Not harass, bully, or target other users
• Report violations of these guidelines to us
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any fees paid.

8. Intellectual Property

Saaspa.ge and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and technology are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the content you submit, subject to the license grant in Section 5.2. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8.3 DMCA and Copyright Claims

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please refer to our DMCA Policy at /dmca for procedures to submit a takedown notice or counter-notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@saaspa.ge to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent posting on the Service
• Changes take effect 30 days after posting, unless stated otherwise
